Guizhou Jinsha Tribute Tea Industry Co., Ltd. is a tea industry enterprise attracting investment from the People's Government of Jinsha County. Founded in August 2012, it is located in Jinsha County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, which is the "hometown of tribute tea in China". The registered capital of the company is 205 million yuan, with a total investment of 600 million yuan by the end of 2021.
At present, it has its own standardized European standard ecological tea garden planting base of 82,000 mu, plans to build 31 tea preliminary processing plants, has built and is building 9 tea preliminary processing plants, and a provincial "four modernizations" comprehensive industrial demonstration park integrating research and development, processing, refining, warehousing, logistics, and training.

Through the Contract Management and Operation Agreement, the company has built 5-10 tea industry contract operations in each village. Each operator covers an area of about 200 mu - 500 mu. According to the requirements of the company, tea garden management and tea picking are organized. According to the quality and quantity of tea, more work will pay off, and early production will bring benefits. The company has signed subcontracting agreements with more than 370 contracting teams. The company has established a mechanism for farmers' benefit distribution by linking farmers at different levels to ensure the return of subcontracting operation teams. In 2021, the company will pay 5.902 million yuan to needy households, with an increase of 3200 yuan per household, 53.37 million yuan in land transfer fees, management and protection work fees, and 20 million yuan in picking fees, totaling 73.37 million yuan throughout the year. In the past ten years, the company has paid farmers nearly 600 million yuan in total. At the end of the "14th Five Year Plan" period, after all the processing plants of the company are built and put into operation, more than 20000 tea production workers will be driven, and the income of local people will reach RMB 600 million to RMB 800 million, with an average increase of 30000 to 30000 per year.
After all the 17 primary processing plants of the company are completed and put into operation, the processing capacity of up to 500 tons of fresh leaves per day can be achieved. In order to ensure tea quality, organic fertilizer and other safety issues, taking the promotion and construction of Guizhou "fertile soil project" as an opportunity, the company invested 30 million yuan to build Guizhou Qianjin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to promote the establishment of a circular model with the main line of "ecological agriculture demonstration base - straw production organic fertilizer - livestock and poultry breeding - waste treatment - organic return to the field". Relying on the local advantages of chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, crop straw and other raw materials in Jinsha County, a new type of bio organic fertilizer is produced by using organic wastes to form a complete set of effective soil fertility maintenance. It provides high-quality nutrients for 82000 mu tea base.
The company has introduced the technical team of the former Hangzhou Tea Machinery General Factory and invested to build Guizhou Jinsanye Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Golden Sanya has maintained a good cooperative relationship with Kawasaki Machinery Co., Ltd. and Ishida Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Japan. It has the design and manufacturing capacity of a complete set of automated tea production lines. Its efficient and intelligent tea machinery and equipment have independent intellectual property rights and are in a leading position in China, which effectively ensures the continuous iteration and upgrading of the production technology, production process and production equipment of living tea products.
Based on the characteristics of Guizhou tea, taking the whole industrial chain of Jinshagong tea as the platform, Jinshagong tea industry gives full play to the linkage advantages of tea base, processing plant and tea machine factory, develops agriculture with industrialized thinking, and makes agricultural products into standard chemical products. The company implements two lines of production and supervision to ensure the quality of raw materials, and adopts unified tea garden management and protection standards, unified tea picking standards, and unified procurement and distribution of production materials; At the same time, advanced tea processing machinery and equipment are fully used. In the semi closed production workshop, the tea leaves are not put on the ground in the whole process from putting green tea into production to producing dry tea.
